English of "Temardari" or "Eyadat"?

Kindly tell me the exact English word of Urdu word "Temardari" or "Eyadat" used when one visits to hospital to inquire somebody health.

I searched from different sources and asked from few people personally but I could not get proper English of "Temardari" or "Eyadat". So, I think simply we may use wording like "visiting to patient".

If any one knows some better wording, please tell me.

I want to add the prayer / dua at the time when you visit a patient or go for "temardari"

لَا بَأْسَ طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
This is not a thing of harm In Sha Allah this illness purifies from sins
کوئی حرج کی بات نہیں انشاء اللہ عزوجل یہ مرض گناہوں سے پاک کرنے والا ہے
