These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GeoSathi iOS mobile application and related services. By using GeoSathi, you agree to these terms.
GeoSathi is a report-first field documentation app that helps users create GPS reports, attach stamped photos to reports, review report locations, revisit saved places, compare report context, and verify report authenticity. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others.
This App has added the Premium Account for more awesome features and it is an auto-renewing subscription:
All Subscription fees (and any other payments associated with the Service) are handled by the third party app store / play store from which you download the Service, such as Apple/Google (each an "App Store / Play Store"), as are all Subscription cancellations. We do not process any payments from you or make any refunds to you directly. Payments made to the App Store / Play Store will be subject to the App Store's / Play Store's own terms and conditions which you should review carefully before activating a Subscription.
A free trial to the Service will automatically renew as a paid subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. IF YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION OR A FREE TRIAL, PLEASE VISIT THE APPLE SUPPORT WEBSITE / GOOGLE PLAY SUPPORT WEBSITE. DELETING THE APP DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS AND FREE TRIALS. YOU MAY WISH TO MAKE A PRINTSCREEN OF THIS INFORMATION FOR YOUR REFERENCE.
Weekly Subscriptions to the Service automatically renew on the same day each week (the day you subscribed), and you will be charged the applicable weekly Subscription fee by your App Store / Play Store, unless cancelled in accordance with your App Stores / Play Store ts&cs.
Monthly Subscriptions automatically renew on the same day each month (the day you subscribed), and you will be charged the applicable monthly Subscription fee by your App Store / Play Store, unless cancelled in accordance with your App Stores / Play Store ts&cs.
Yearly Subscriptions automatically renew on the same date of the year (the date you subscribed), and you will be charged the applicable annual Subscription fee by your App Store / Play Store, unless cancelled in accordance with your App Stores / Play Store ts&cs.
We (or the App Store) may immediately suspend your access to the Service if your Subscription is not paid by you until such time as the full amount has been paid.

You are responsible for how you use GeoSathi and for the content you create through the app, including:
GeoSathi is designed so that core report generation happens locally on your device. In the normal app workflow, we do not collect your photos, precise location records, or report content on our server. You remain responsible for the reports and data stored or managed on your device.
Some app features may require access to your camera, photo library, and location services. If you deny these permissions, certain parts of the app may not function correctly, including report creation, revisit tools, verification-related context, and map-based review.
GeoSathi may use third-party services such as analytics, diagnostics, advertising, or App Store infrastructure. These services may be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy policies. Your use of GeoSathi also means you understand that third-party content, ads, or services may appear in the app.
We aim to keep GeoSathi reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Features may change, improve, pause, or stop at any time.
GeoSathi is a tool for creating and organizing field reports. It does not provide legal, regulatory, insurance, surveying, emergency, or professional certification advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a report is suitable for your business, legal, safety, or compliance use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoSathi and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, business, opportunity, or use arising from your use of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if GeoSathi or its operator is found liable for any claim related to the app, the total liability will not exceed USD $0 in aggregate.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to GeoSathi if we believe the app is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk to us, other users, or third-party services.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of GeoSathi after changes means the updated terms apply.
